'Next Phase' covers one of the most influential bands of all time: The Isley Brothers. Brian "Real Deal" Hill (bass/vocals), Gary Bell (guitar), D'Andre Williams (drums/vocals), Bert Thomas (keyboards), and Eric Burnett (lead vocals) play even the most complex and challenging songs, and focusing on producing authentic dance covers. The show of the Next Phase is a soulful tribute to the smoothest guys in the history of modern American music. Showcasing an array of influences as diverse as the Isleys themselves, this band acknowledges the brothers who helped create the feel of the nightclub experience. From soul to jazz, hip-hop to funk, and everything in between, this is a testament to the Isleys incredible impact. The group was recently recognized and awarded Northern California Event Masters (NCEMA) 2016-17 Best Old School Funk Band and Black Music Award (BMA) 2017 Best R&B Band. 'Next Phase' has been the opening band on concert stages for legendary recording artists The Dramatics, ZAPP, Danny Thomas (original member of Con-Funk-Shun) ConFunkShun Revue. And, will be opening for 112, The Temptations and Switch this Summer 2018 Concert Series.
